Cambridge restaurateurs Noel and Ian (originally from Europe) operate Alpino in Cambridge and soon also the old Tauranga post office called CLARENCE.  Clarence will have two restaurants and a boutique hotel.

They started the Clarence test kitchen as a pop up restaurant while building works are to be completed at their Tauranga site. This is for them the perfect space and environment to showcase what their chefs will create at the Tauranga post office.
